- PRIVATE Sellers FSBO, direct: Listing with 1 photo is free for private Sellers if you sell one property (please note: NO weblink URL to other websites is permitted on free listings!)
- Listings with up to 10 photos cost NZ$29.-
- Agents, Brokers, property developers, commercial ads: If you sell or rent property that is not your own, and/or Real Estate , ads cost NZ$29.- even if you only show 1 photo. Please PRE pay after your registration confirmation or your ad(s) will not be approved.
- Only ads with a PHOTO will appear in the JUST LISTED area.
- Payment protection, money back guarantee: You will be billed only after your ad has been approved and is active online, and you can pay within 5 days, to keep your ad active, if you are not happy, full refund will be issued, if you apply within 5 days of listing.
- Listings appear on www.prosale.biz International.
- If you wish to also appear on NZ www.prosale.co.nz you can also list your property or business sale there. (NZ and Australia ads only)
- All ads run for 6 month and can then be extended, if not sold, free, to keep this site FRESH.
- Your own listing page with unlimited text for up to 12 month or until SOLD

- Violations will be removed and blacklisted.
- No Phone support for free ads, do not phone us unless you have paid a fee.
- Countries this site currently serves: Global, Austria, Australia, Bulgaria, Canada, Germany, Great Britain, Japan, New Zealand, Norfolk Islands, Thailand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United States. If your country is not listed, place your ad in Global. If we get more listing from a new country, we will create a new category for you, and move your listing there..
